Warranty and Return Policy
Articles.com.ph accepts returns of purchased items within 7 days from the receive of products IF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE
Supporting documents and other proof will be requested in order to validate the customer’s claims. Sales Invoice required to be presented for the claim.
Terms and Conditions:
- Item must be returned in its original packaging. Pouches, wraps, accessories, manuals, freebies, bundled items, and original box should all be included.
- Item should still be in its original state and not altered. Wiring kits should be intact and not dislodged from the holders.
- For items with manufacturer or factory seal, and the seal must not be broken and still intact.
- Articles.com.ph will decline and void the manufacturer’s warranty and will ask customer to pay for shipping fee should the item returns is found to be:
a. Damaged due to mishandling, neglect, or ignorance
Articles.com.ph applies the manufacturer’s warranty for all items sold in our online shop. All products related issues would be dealt with the manufacturer. Articles.com.ph will provide assistance and act as intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer/supplier.
We make sure all products sold at our website is FREE defects. If in case that you receive a product that is defective please check our return policy for details.
Articles.com.ph products will be assessed the item if defective and notify the customer about it.
If the defective products need to repair, our customer service will coordinate and advice the customer about it. Then upon repair we will send the items back to customer FREE of charge.
In case the defective product is beyond repair a replacement will be send to customer FREE of charge.
In case there is no replacement available already we will gladly credit the same amount paid by customer into his/her account or exchange to other products in articles.com.ph.
